DETPA is a contextually relevant, practice-based M&E programme that aims to promote evidence-informed decision-making for sustainable socio-economic development, organised by clear and the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. 

The programme aims to build a community of M&E professionals with skills, knowledge and tools, which are fit-for-purpose to address local and global development challenges. This is done via a combination of theory and practice based approaches aimed at stimulating interactive participation, critical reflection and debate.

DEPTA is open to: M&E officers, M&E specialists, professionals in the public and in the development sectors, programme managers, professionals in the NGO sector.
