This gLOCAL event aimed to take a step back to reflect on some of the evaluation practice adaptations during the pandemic and identify those that should persist to build forward better evaluation practice. The session discussed on how the changed conditions have increased reliance on national consultants, what opportunities can be leveraged in this regard, and what risks need to be managed.
