Hsandy [user:field_middlename] Thovy

Mr. THOVY Hsandy is a team leader of ART which established in 2007. He graduated MBA in Management, and completed the professional courses on M&E system designed, quantitative/qualitative researches, evident-based advocacy, program management, data analysis, and report writing skills. He is a lecturer at IIC University on Project M&E and Social Research.
He acquired more than ten-year experiences as a consultant for UN Agencies, International and Local NGOs. He completed research assignments and policy brief for USAID, CISA, ANSA, CARD, Plan International, YCC, Chemonics, World Vison, CCIM, CamboJA, IRD, NEP, MAC. He also successfully completed M&E systems development – database, staff capacity building and guideline – for CCIM, ANSA, YCC, CamboJA, and PCAsia.
In 2022-2023, he led ART to complete baseline survey for UNDP, project baseline surveys for API, final program evaluation for UNFPA, GADC, DPA, ActionAid, PACT and HI, and action research for AAC and YCC.
