The aim of this compilation of the Typology of Evaluation is to differentiate and categorize the evaluation types and products and to create a shared understanding of the types of evaluation and their ensuing knowledge products. A common understanding across the team will promote harmonized interpretation and use of evaluation terms. This note will serve as an information resource for IsDB’s Independent Evaluation Department (IEvD) Staff and the evaluation community at large.
